See a cute cat chase your mouse
Neko turns a cute little white animated cat loose on your desktop. When you move your mouse cursor, the cat chases it. (Cat chasing mouse? Makes sense.) When the cursor is stationary, the cat goes to sleep -- until you move it again. Then the fun resumes. Neko (which is Japanese for "cat") has been around the Windows scene for years, but this 32-bit Windows port adds goodies such as a system-tray icon, support for external image libraries, and the ability to hook .wav files to the feline's actions (or lack thereof). Other options let you adjust speed, sensitivity, and image size; change the cat's name; keep him/her on-top; and pick from several behavior options. Neko (like many cats) isn't especially useful, but is a lot of fun when you need a desktop diversion.
